Ambassadors of Change

The project is about organisational change in the youth sector and one of the major changes it brings about is the introduction of research as a culture in youth work and new forms of engagement between organisations working with young people and stakeholders.

The role of Ambassadors of Change in the project is that of setting an example and of supporting, mentoring and leading colleagues who are part of the change that it will bring about.
