Submitted by 2025SkillsAdmin on Tue, 04/16/2019 - 08:53

From the proposal

Each partner will have an Ambassador of Change that will be a catalyst of change within their respective organisations. They will lead their colleagues in their research and publishing activities by example and by supporting them in their field work, contact with stakeholders, possibly pooling effort so that colleagues working on their own mini research projects speak to stakeholders together etc. There will be a manual for Ambassadors with hints and suggestions about the best way to carry out their role and they will be participants in the first round of training C1 to help the lead by example process.

This forum will be for Ambassadors of Change and will remain open until the end of the project.

The first task is for the partners to put together the mini Manual for Ambassadors of Change and we thought it would best we start with a suggested structure for the manual and then solicit feedback from the Ambassadors to put in their input about what they would see best put into a manual of this kind and also identify challenges which Ambassadors might meet in their role.

It is the first time we are using this Forum tool on this site so we still don't know if there will be reminders or notifications when replies are put in. If not we will make it our responsibility to review forum contributions and send out a notification to all Ambassadors periodically.

When there is a post one can either reply to that post or else start a new post.

It would be great if in the beginning we all make an effort to answer to posts or start new strands with some thought until we get used to the structure so that we can have some order in the forum. :)

This is our suggested structure for the Manual for VisMedNet

1. Description of the Role of the Ambassadors of Change

2. Description of the Change that Ambassadors are meant to bring about in their organisation

3. Quality Strategies (in key with the Quality Standards Charter that the Editorial Board will produce)

4. Recruitment Strategies for apt participants in the CoP

5. Mentoring and Supporting Participants in their RSVP Steps

6. Supporting Participants in their Field Work with stakeholders

These are the areas that first come to our mind. It would be great if you were to give us input on this so that we can start from a good list of topics that would best be part of the manual.

Please put in your input and feedback by clicking reply to this posting not in Post a New Comment.

Thank you!
